The Foundation of CCMS has announced plans to host a Wine Dinner Fundraiser, a charitable event open to the public. Guests are invited for an evening of fine dining and fundraising on Wednesday, December 4, 6:30pm with a 4-course dinner and wine pairings at Chez Guy Parisian Bistro.
The event will feature a 4-course French Cuisine dinner to include Gourmet Hors D’oeuvres, Endive Salad, Julia Child Beef Bourguignon, and Brazilian Creme Caramel. Each course will be paired with wines selected by Guy Minet, chef-owner of Chez Guy Parisian Bistro and Pierre Grilo of PG Fine Wines Florida.
Attendance is $95 per person including tax, gratuity, and raffle ticket, and will enable the Foundation to raise funds for scholarships to future medical professionals and support for local healthcare programs in need. The Foundation awarded $34,500 in scholarships this year.
Additional raffle tickets are available for a suggested donation of $10 each or three for $25. Prizes include wine gift baskets and gift certificates to Chez Guy Parisian Bistro.
