Public Awareness Campaign Aims to Move the Needle on Vaccine Hesitancy
Many in our community have questions regarding the safety, efficacy, and necessity of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. A local coalition of healthcare leaders is stepping forward together to help answer these questions and demonstrate that for an overwhelming majority of people, the COVID-19 vaccines are a safe and critical element in ending the pandemic.

Dr. Mark Russo, M.D., Ph.D. is the recipient of the 7th Annual CCMS Physician of the Year Award. This award honors a CCMS member who deserves special recognition for exemplary contributions to the practice of medicine and/or outstanding service to our community.

PPE Supplier Partnering with CCMS to Give Businesses $500 in Free PPE
On February 24th SLH Medical Supply is celebrating its one-year anniversary and 2021 by donating $500.00 worth of PPE for 21 hours to any business in the USA who visits the CCMS online PPE store and signs up as a new business customer.

CCMS Physician Wellness Program receives $30,000 in Contributions from Local Partners
This December, the Southwest Florida Physicians Association gave $20,000 to support the CCMS Physician Wellness Program, and NCH Healthcare System provided $10,000. These contributions help the Program sustain the health and well-being of community physicians, which in turn helps them care for their patients.
