Donate to the Foundation
Join us in supporting the Foundation of CCMS and quality healthcare in our community. Your donations will help us provide scholarships for students pursuing careers in healthcare, support for health education programs, and funding for local healthcare programs in need.

Scholarship Program
Foundation of CCMS offers two scholarship categories, The Dr. William and Nancy Lascheid Memorial Scholarship for Medical Students, recognizing future physicians who demonstrate excellence in community service; and Foundation Healthcare Scholarships, for students enrolled or accepted into healthcare degree programs, awards based on need and academic performance. The Foundation awarded 6 scholarships in 2024, for a total of $37,500.
Florida residents who meet eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply each spring. Applications for the coming year are posted on this page during December/January and are due March 31st. Here are the 2024 applications:

Docs & Duffers Charity Golf Tournament, After-Party, & Raffle

Join us as a sponsor, prize donor, after-party guest, raffle entrant, or volunteer at our 11th Annual Docs & Duffers, October 5, 2024, 12pm at Bonita Bay Club in Bonita Springs. Your support benefits scholarships for future medical professionals and funding to local healthcare programs in need. Raffle entrants need not be present to win. 15th Annual Women’s Health Forum a Resounding Success
More than 300 participants at this popular event enjoyed breakout sessions with educational talks from 23 CCMS member physicians and an exhibit hall with 24 vendors, while raising $6,550 for the Foundation of CCMS.
